Afflow has three automation tiers stacked on top of each other. Each one removes a manual step. You can turn them on independently, but the fully hands-off setup is all three plus AI Product Discovery feeding the catalog.
Tier 1 — Auto Pilot Mode (skip Pending)
Open Posts → Settings → Auto Pilot and toggle it on. New posts created in that category are saved as Approved instead of Pending — the review step is skipped entirely. Auto Pilot only affects creation; whether the post then publishes manually, on a per-post schedule, or via the category scheduler is unchanged.
Tier 2 — Category Scheduler
Open Posts → Settings → Scheduling. Toggle Enable Scheduling on, set a daily start and end time (in your account timezone), and pick an interval (15 minutes up to 12 hours). Afflow checks every few minutes in the background and publishes any approved post in the category whose scheduled time has arrived, respecting both the daily window and the minimum gap.
Per-post scheduling is also possible: the clock icon on any approved post opens a picker showing the available slots derived from these same scheduling rules. Pick one and save — the post publishes when the slot arrives.
Tier 3 — Auto Repost
Open Posts → Settings → Reposting. Toggle Enable Reposting on and choose a reposting interval in days. Posts that have already been published get re-queued automatically once that interval elapses, so winners keep working without you re-creating them.
AI Product Discovery
Open Products → Explore Products and switch to the AI Suggestions tab. Afflow's AI proposes products to add to your catalog based on what is already there — each suggestion lands as Pending, so you can approve, reject, or create a post directly from the card. Pair it with the optional Product Discovery Complete notification (in Settings → Notifications) to get an email when each batch finishes.
AI Image Optimizer
AI Image Optimizer cleans up product images at publish time so what lands in your group looks polished even when the source listing is busy. There is no extra setting to enable per post — once your plan includes it, the optimizer runs automatically when posts publish.
Auto-translate at publish time
Auto-translate is always on. When a post is sent to a group whose language differs from its category's content language, Afflow translates the copy before sending so each audience reads in its own language. Translation consumes AI credits — that cost is included in the credits primer below.
AI credits — the primer
Every AI action Afflow takes for you costs credits. The big spends are:
- Post creation — 1 credit per post.
- Variant generation — 1 credit per generated variant. Set the count under Posts → Settings → Variations.
- Translation at publish time — applied per group when the language differs from the category.
Credits reset at the start of every billing period; the reset date and a progress bar live on Settings → Subscription. The bar turns amber at 70% and red at 90%.
Plan caps for credits
- Starter — 500 credits per period.
- Growth — 1,500 credits per period. Adds Auto Repost, AI Image Optimizer, Post Tracking, plus WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram publishing and Amazon imports.
- Autopilot — 3,000 credits per period. Adds Auto Pilot Mode and AI Product Discovery.
- Scale — 6,000 credits per period. Adds Pinterest publishing on top of everything in Autopilot.
