Terms of Service for Afflow

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, applications, and APIs provided by Afflow ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Definitions

Service: Afflow's SaaS platform that enables users to automate affiliate content workflows and analytics.

User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

Account: Your registered user profile for accessing the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Access & License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Afflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

5. Registration & Account Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for any activity under your Account.

6. Free Trials & Beta Access

Afflow may offer free trials, limited beta access, or promotional plans ("Trial"). Use of these offers is subject to additional restrictions, and the Company reserves the right to modify or terminate Trials at any time.

7. Subscription Plans & Payments

Fees: Subscription fees are charged as specified on our pricing page.

Billing: Payments are collected through integrated payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal.

No Refunds: Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

8. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or infringe third-party rights;
• Interfere with other users' access or use of the Service.

9. Data & Privacy

Customer Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data").

Processing: By using the Service, you consent to Company's processing of Customer Data as needed to provide the Service.

Privacy Policy: Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content provided as part of the Service are the Company's exclusive property. You are granted no rights other than those expressly granted in these Terms.

11. Modifications to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time without notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall Afflow or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afflow from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
