Afflow – Beta Testing Disclaimer

Afflow ("we," "us," "our") is currently offering early access to a Beta version of the Afflow platform ("Beta Service"). By using the Beta Service, you ("User") agree to the following terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the Beta Service
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Beta Service is unfinished, experimental, and provided for testing purposes only.
- Features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or may change at any time without notice.
- Performance issues, errors, outages, or data inaccuracies may occur, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect affiliate product data
- Broken API calls
- Slow response times
- Incorrect link generation
- Missing analytics or tracking info
- You understand that the Beta Service is not guaranteed to be reliable for production use.
2. No Warranty
The Beta Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty of any kind—express or implied—including, but not limited to:
- Performance
- Reliability
- Accuracy of results
- Availability
- Fitness for a specific purpose
Afflow makes no guarantees that:
- The Beta Service will function without interruption
- Affiliate network integrations (AliExpress, Amazon, Temu, etc.) will work as expected
- Generated results or recommendations will be accurate
3. User Responsibilities During Beta
As a Beta participant, you agree to:
- Report bugs, malfunctions, or unexpected behavior
- Provide feedback to help improve the platform
- Use the Beta Service at your own risk
- Understand that data may be lost, corrupted, or inaccurate during testing
You also agree not to rely on the Beta Service for mission-critical affiliate operations.
4. Data Loss & System Errors
You acknowledge and accept the risk that:
- Data (posts, analytics, settings, integrations, etc.) may be deleted or overwritten
- System errors may temporarily disrupt your workflow
- Affiliate conversions or tracking accuracy may be impacted
- API responses from third-party affiliate networks may fail unexpectedly
Afflow shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such issues.
5. Confidentiality
You may not:
- Share screenshots, internal features, code, or functionality publicly without written permission
- Distribute information about unreleased features without written permission
6. Feature Changes & Breakages
You understand that:
- Beta features may change, be removed, or behave differently in production
- Your Beta account may experience downtime
- Updates may break existing workflows or integrations
Afflow is not obligated to maintain backward compatibility during Beta.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Afflow is not liable for any losses, damages, missed commissions, inaccurate affiliate tracking, or revenue impacts resulting from your use of the Beta Service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Beta Service is to stop using it.
8. Termination
Afflow may:
- End the Beta program at any time
- Modify access level or remove features
- Terminate certain accounts or users from the Beta
- Transition users to a paid plan once Beta ends (with advance notice)
Users may also stop using the Service at any time.
9. Acceptance of Beta Disclaimer
By creating a Beta account, accessing the Beta Service, or continuing to use it, you acknowledge that you:
- Have read this Beta Testing Disclaimer
- Understand the risks
- Agree to all Beta-specific terms
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Beta Service immediately.
